Re: _wordNetEngine.GetSentenceSimilarity() getting hang

So you mean if you have the word "object" in input 1 or 2, the framework hangs? does it take long or just freeze. We will look into it as WordNet support is offered as in-built feature in some of our other frameworks.

Re: Price for Licensing the framework

Probably if a quote is requested multiple times the spam filtration system might flag it. Anyways, I will check with the team why you haven't received a quote yet.

Re: Guessing what user has meant

Actually in SIML Classic there's a pretty simple approach to handling fallbacks. You have to choose a wildcard symbol that would match anything that wasn't matched by any other pattern or wildcard higher in the hierarchy. Re: SIML paper

Hi Richard, SIML Bot originally was designed to deal with different permutations of user inputs that pointed towards user intentions by establishing a pattern based decision tree but over the course of time it has taken the shape of an interface for bot knowledge representation (SIML Modern) in OSCO...

Re: WidgetChannel Sample

If the bot icon is not being shown then the service url is incorrect. The URL is added in the main ASPX page and loads everything from JavaScript, Images and logic. Please try following the service URL creation mechanisms as shown in the sample

Re: Dynamic SIML eventing

Indeed, triggering an SIML action outside an AdapterNode or Intent is going to be a bit difficult. Usually triggering an SIML action, something like what's shown below will require you to pass a Result object. Bot.Actions["SomeAction"].Invoke(SomeUser.Context, RESULT?); <Action ID="SomeAction"> <Res...
