Can you edit SIML files dynamically in run-time ?

Sun Mar 27, 2016 1:25 am

Hello Everyone,

Im new to the forum.
Is it possible to dynamically edit the SIML files in runtime ?
I would like to build a user interface that allows to edit some of the patterns in the model (so "regular" people can do it).
Is that possible?

Regards,

Adam

Once an SIML package or an SIML file is loaded into the Bot's Graph system a lot of calibration and optimization happens. Changing those during run-time is not option especially considering the Hybrid nature of the Graph Master. This is one of the reasons why the response generated by the Interpreter is within milliseconds range.

I recommend creating a template SIML document file and letting user edit or add content to it using some simple GUI. Once the user has made the necessary changes create a new instance of the SynBot class and load the SIML content into the Bot's Graph using the AddSIml() method.
