If the UI freezes then you aren't creating a asynchronous interface between the UI and the logic. Try to move to a more asynchronous design architecture instead.
Also like I've previously mentioned your bot has over 12000+ intents. You can check the statistics via the OscovaBot.Stats property. It seems you've added too many small-talk intents.
Processing those expressions may take a couple of milliseconds/1000 intents. You should do some memory or performance profiling on your app and see that's causing the problem. Also let us know what is the minimum mobile device configuration you've selected.
Apart from all that remember the performance in Visual Studio is slow during Debugging mode.
