SVA for Mac

Wed Apr 23, 2014 2:30 am

Heyo guys,
just wondering, is there anything in the works for developing this software to be Mac compatible? I currently run it on my windows partition which is fine minus a few issues on my end, but i would love to be able to use it on the Mac side.

Cheers

I will be very honest here. No you can't.

October last year I decided to re-write the Engine so that it would be platform independent. So partially Yes, the engine powering Syn Virtual Assistant Prototype 8.0 is platform independent but SVA as a whole is not. There are thousands of functions directly linked with the OS and even if one could run it in a sandbox-ed environment it wont be fully functional.

But the future plan still holds - We are trying our best to find a way to bring in a Unifying Virtual Assistant platform for all Operating Systems.
