Installing on Linux Ubuntu

Mon Apr 16, 2018 8:30 am

I would like to try Syn Virtual Assistant on my laptop running Linux Mint 18.3 but would appreciate some detailed instructions on how to do so. I have winehq staging installed along with the latest mono 5.0, but I can't seem to get it run after installing the program. Don't know what I am doing wrong.
:( Can you please help me? Thanks.

I myself use Linux Mint 18.3 cinnamon and winehq is not going to help at all. Although Syn Virtual Assistant uses Syn.Bot framework, which is platform independent, the user interface, graphic engine and speech plugin is tightly linked with Windows API so unfortunately the application won't run in Linux.

I am uncertain if this information would help but I do have Windows running within Mint via VirtualBox and the VA does work fine within the VM.
